Do you offer twilight photography or day-to-dusk conversions?
Yes, A twilight shoot transforms the simplest property into a dazzling and dramatic display of the home. They require additional time, configuration lighting, and equipment. We will arrive early and work with the agent or the homeowner to get the home ready for this special type of photography.
Significantly Altering Reality like Virtual Staging, car removal, day to dusk conversions, adding grass or landscaping, and just about anything else.

How is payment handled?
We use native stripe invoicing to management our payments, you will receive an invoice via email with a click to pay link. This link is secured by Stripes’ infrastructure to keep you information secure.
Do you offer discounts for repeat clients or multiple properties booked at once?
We offer a prompt pay discount to all clients, and established clients enjoy many value added products and services.
The Process
How do I schedule a photoshoot?
For the fastest response you can call or text either Matt at 81.7897.7677 or Jennie at 817.206.6216. For a slower response send an email to the office at office@mls-images.com. Every property is unique and every realtor has unique need to market their properties. We prefer to talk to you about your shoot to ensure we get what you need.
How long does a typical photoshoot take?
It depends on the property size, readiness of the home for photography, people and pets at the property, and the services ordered. A 2500 SQFT home can be photographed and scanned for a floorplan in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Unique features or not being can add time to the shoot.
How should I (or my client) prepare the property for the shoot?

What is your turnaround time for delivering the finished images/media?
Photography is same-day! All other services as delivered within the next day.
How will the final images/media be delivered?
Each client has a dedicated webpage with dashboard that is updated with new media. It contains download interfaces unbranded links for MLS tours and videos, branded sharing links for the single property website and videos.
Can I request revisions or specific edits?
We like to call this MLS compliant photoshopping. These are changes that adhere to MLS marketing ethics to not materially miss-represent the home. These include color enhancement and fixing minor defects, such as greening grass (not the dirt) fixing a gloomy sky, removing the trashcan from the front, or place a photo of the house on the blank TV screen. Edits are compliant with MLS guidelines. We do not remove power poles, water towers, clean badly stained carpets, fix the holes in walls, cover poorly done paint touchups or insert grass.
If it’s a quick little fix we normally do not charge for the service, however if it becomes time consuming, we will charge for it.
MLS Compliance and Usage
Are your photos and virtual tours MLS-compliant?
Yes. We are approved vendor provides for NTREIS. Photo edits are compliant with MLS guidelines. We do not remove power poles, water towers, clean badly stained carpets, fix the holes in walls, cover poorly done paint touchups or insert grass and landscaping.
What are the specific MLS rules regarding photos, such as branding or watermarks?
Adding a view or landmark that is not physically possible to see from the home's location.
Digitally altering images to change permanent fixtures or surrounding environments, like adding grass, landscaping or a skyline, changing the view from a window.
Including photos of people, branding, or contact information in the main photo section
No watermarks that provide branding our business, the agent, or broker. We will identify a digitally staged image to maintain compliance.
Who owns the copyright of the images, and what usage rights do I have?
MLS-images provides a non-transferable usage licensing agreement for marketing an active property for sale.
Do you offer branded and unbranded versions of property websites or virtual tours?
Yes, our Branded single property tours. Your branded tour, which is ideal for sharing on social channels and clients demonstrate your commitment to modern, comprehensive marketing. Embedded metadata in these tours increases the searchability of your property and brand.

What equipment do you use to ensure high quality?
We use state-of-the-Art professional-grade cameras and lenses, our patented lighting system not offered elsewhere, Adobe’s suite of editing software, CaptureOne, and a proprietary delivery system for media management and hosting.
